The Limits of What This Site Provides

General Information, Not Advice

Everything published on this site — guides, articles, and answers — is general legal information for awareness, based on the laws and official sources cited on each page with the date they were verified. It is not legal advice on a specific matter and does not replace a review of your own documents and circumstances. Every case has details that may change the outcome. See our Editorial Policy for more.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not promise the outcome of a transaction or a case, we do not quote success rates, and we do not undertake that an official body will accept an application. What we provide is professional work under the law and the exercise of due care.

Fees and Timescales

Government fees mentioned on this site are taken from their official sources as at the verification date shown, and they may change; the official source is always the reference. Timescales given from practice are estimated ranges, not promises. Our published service prices are those approved by firm management as at the date of approval and may be updated; published prices are the office’s professional fees alone and do not include any government fee unless expressly stated, and anything without a fixed price is quoted after the matter has been reviewed.

Licences Are Personal

The notarization, real estate registration, and labor consultancy licences are personal to the named holders as set out on the Licences page, and are not attributed to the firm collectively.

The Professional Relationship

No lawyer-client relationship arises from browsing the site or sending an enquiry. It arises by a written agreement or a power of attorney, after instructions have been accepted.

Updates and Corrections

We review the content regularly and correct anything shown to be wrong, and we show the date of the last review on each article only after that review has actually taken place. What has been corrected is recorded in the Corrections Log. If you notice an error, please tell us through our Contact page.
