Notarization Practice License — Ministry of Justice (Mr. Al-Ghamdi)
The Notarization Practice License is issued by the Ministry of Justice under the Notarization Law and its Implementing Regulations. It authorizes the holder to notarize the instruments the Law permits licensed private notaries to notarize: powers of attorney, acknowledgments, company incorporation contracts and their amendments, settlement contracts, and others — with the same legal effect as an instrument notarized before a Notary Public. This license is held solely in the name of Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ghamdi.
