Remote Legal Services in Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu and Rabigh from Our Jeddah Office
We do not have a branch in Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu or Rabigh, and we will never claim otherwise. But much of the legal work in Saudi Arabia today is completed through official platforms that are not tied to any city: powers of attorney and acknowledgments through the Tawtheq platform, lawsuits and hearings through Najiz, and real estate registration through the Real Estate Registry (RER) platform. This page explains honestly what we can do for you remotely and what we cannot.

A remote service area, not branches. Our head office is in Jeddah.
What Can Be Done Fully Remotely
Written legal consultations, plus contract review and drafting.
Notarization of powers of attorney and acknowledgments by our licensed Private Notary, where the platform allows electronic identity verification of the parties.
Preparing statements of claim and legal memoranda, filing them through Najiz, and attending hearings held remotely.
Real estate registration applications through the Real Estate Registry platform after reviewing the title deeds.
Labor consultations for establishments, plus review of internal work regulations and employment contracts.
What May Require In-Person Attendance
Court hearings that the court decides to hold in person. We assess every case and tell you whether we can attend or whether special arrangements are needed.
Transactions that the government entity requires to be completed at its premises.
In-person identity verification in specific cases required by law.
Real Estate in Makkah and Madinah: What Is Different
After the Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis entered into force in January 2026, the Real Estate General Authority clarified that ownership in Makkah and Madinah is restricted to Saudi companies and Muslim individuals, whether residing inside or outside the Kingdom, unlike Riyadh and Jeddah. The Authority has also announced the start of Real Estate Registry operations in districts of Makkah and Madinah as part of its phased announcements. We follow both matters closely for clients in these two cities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there no separate page for each city?
Because we do not have an office in those cities, and near-identical city pages that repeat the same text with only the city name changed give readers no real information. When we have useful local information for a specific city (its courts, or real estate registration announcements there), we will publish it on a dedicated page.
Do courts accept a lawyer attending remotely?
Many hearings are held remotely through Najiz, depending on the court’s direction and the type of case, while some require attendance in person. We check this for every case before accepting the power of attorney.
Does remote notarization carry the same legal weight?
A power of attorney or acknowledgment notarized electronically through the Ministry of Justice platform is recorded in the same official registers and can be checked through the verification service, so its legal weight is no different from one notarized in person.
