Editorial Policy and Legal Review
This policy governs everything published on the site — guides, articles, and service pages. It is part of our commitment that legal content is accurate, verifiable, and attributed to whoever actually takes responsibility for it.

Editorial and Review Rules
Sources: Government, Judicial, and Regulatory Only
We cite official sources only: laws and regulations from the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers and the issuing bodies, and the official service pages and announcements of the Ministry of Justice, the Real Estate General Authority, the Ministry of Human Resources, the Ministry of Commerce, the Saudi Bar Association, and others. We do not cite other firms’ websites, forums, or unofficial news articles. Every legal page carries at least two official sources with the date they were verified.
Citation at the Level of Each Claim
Every specific legal point — a fee, a condition, a step, a deadline — is tied to its source in the sources section at the foot of the page. What we have not verified from an official source we do not state as fact; we mark it as needing verification and do not publish it until it is settled. And we do not cite article numbers until they have been matched against the text in force.
Who Writes and Who Reviews
Each page is assigned a subject-matter author from among the partners according to their licence and specialism. No partner’s name appears as author on a page before they have read and approved it themselves. After publication the page is added to the legal review list, and “last legal review” is shown only after that review has actually taken place, never before. The public byline policy is subject to firm management approval. See our team.
Disclosure on the Use of AI Tools
We may use AI tools in supporting stages of content preparation: organising drafts, suggesting structure, language checking, and initial source research. No text produced by these tools is published without a licensed partner reading, reviewing, and approving it, and these tools are not used to produce images of people or to fabricate sources. Responsibility for the accuracy of published content rests with the firm and its partners, not with the tool.
Images
We publish images of people only where they are real photographs of real people with their consent. We do not use stock photography or generated images of people. Illustrations and infographics are designed with information that matches the text.
Dates
- The publication date is added automatically on actual publication; we do not backdate.
- “Last updated” changes on a real change to the content, not on a cosmetic edit.
- “Last legal review” is added after the review has actually taken place.
- We aim to complete the legal review of each new page within seven working days of publication.
What We Do Not Write
- We do not describe ourselves as superior to others and we do not quote success rates.
- We do not promise an outcome or undertake that an application will be accepted.
- We publish only service prices approved by firm management; we do not invent a price, a discount, or an offer, we do not turn “from” into a fixed price, and we do not mix our professional fees with government fees.
- We do not attribute a personal licence to the firm or to anyone other than its holder.
- We do not import terminology from other countries’ legal systems; we use Saudi legal terms.
Corrections
When we find an error, or a reader reports one, we correct it and record it in the Corrections Log.
